How To Order

If you’re interested in my services, and would like to make an enquiry – to place an order, or to find out more – it couldn’t be easier.

Making an enquiry

  1. Get in touch by telephone or email and let me know you’re interested.
  2. Discuss your interest, wants and needs.
  3. Agree just what you want and whether you wish to proceed with an order.
  4. Agree a price.
  5. Pay a deposit covering material costs (non-returnable) before I start work, and agree a deadline.

When work is completed, a payment for the balance is requested before the document is despatched to you. I will send it by Royal Mail recorded delivery, to ensure you don’t lose out in the event of problems in the post. Personal delivery/collection can be arranged.

Forms of payment

I can accept payment in cash, or by cheque or PayPal.
